"More like Snake Farm. Not sure why it's so hard to call your insureds back. Have been trying to add a motorcycle for almost 2 months. Now can't even get a call back to cancel. Another company could be $1000 a year more and I would switch, just based on the horrendous customer service "offered" at this location."
